maybe two, is better than one

I came back from Cedar Guides Annual Camp 2006 yesterday. too tired so didnt blog about it. so i shall talk about it today!

First day:
Cause I had LTC, so the other guides went to Camp Christine first before us. After LTC, all those who were going for the guides camp met up and we went around borrowing money.. haha. =) our wallets were left in our bags which were already brought to the campsite.. we borrowed around $14.80 for us - seven ppl. and so around $2 each. so pitiful lor... then after that we went to the foyer to wait. and in the midst of waiting, we decided to do some cheers and play. =D It was fun but soon it became quite boring cause we ran out of games. then 2 sec ones joined us. and the 2 LTC leaders told us that the bus would be coming at around 2.20pm. so we played and played and cheered. hehe. we were cheering the Flea Fly when we forgot the lyrics. haha. then we decided to ask the sec ones to join us. and we played heart attack. and it was never ending cause there were NINE ppl playing. haha. we played and played the game for so looooonnnnnnggggg and finally someone won. i forgot who but it wasnt me. =) Finally the small bus came. we boarded the bus but had to squeeze a little. then the driver did not allow the sec 3s to board cause he said that it was against the law to fetch so many ppl. but we begged and begged and he decided to take the risk FOR US! haha. then Dione and Huishan started sleeping on LayEng. the trip was so long la! we cheered on the bus and Dione was sound asleep lor. haha. then i took a short nap and when i woke up it was pouring cats and dogs. then we passed by Lim Choo Kang Cemetery. and we were reaching when there was this fallen tree on the lane and blocked both the coming and going lanes. so we were stuck!! we started cheering and singing while waiting. then finally there was this truck kind enough to help and lift up the falled tree. and we ALMOST reached. we were outside already when we met with another fallen tree. not only one. so there were two ppl walking already so they decided to lead us to camp christine... so we said goodbye to the uncle and left the bus. the walk was so freaking long. but when we reached, everyone were resting in the lodge. the LTC ppl thought that we could sleep on beds and were so happy la! but it was jus for temporary cause it was raining. like wad the.... the happiness was short lived. then me and yan ting had no beds to sleep on. nobody booked beds for us so we had to look for beds and finally we found beds! but the rain stopped. Meaning we had to sleep in the tents, make friends with all the BUGS. =( then i found out that i was in PIG PATROL. consisting of : Quincy, Fathiyah, Charis, Sandra, Yuqu, Charmaine, Vanessa Long, Yin Suen, Clarice,Jamien, Me, Amirah and Genevieve. then ya. we did our patrol flag and identity!!! i should fast forward as it is so long.

Second day:
I barely slept. i was SQUASHED. and through the night, i was lying down and playing with the pole of the tent in the middle. i was totally squashed and couldnt move la! futhermore, i was facing DOWNWARDS. and i almost suffocated to death. if i moved, i would knock into Clarice and Yin suen. so i was like paralyzed and my legs were playing with pole. so Mdm Faridah said that Patrol 1 and 4 were squashed and asked for ppl to move to the store tent. I moved with Yin Suen. then we got our next round of Manito. i picked Fathiyah. hehheh. wrote to her letters... and after the first letter, i heard her saying that she thinks she knows who i am. i was so scared la! Thank god she guessed incorrectly. =) and i received letter from my angel Yuan Ting too!!! whoo.then we had our learning journey. to this pottery jungle. quite fun la! then at night we had some bidding and our patrol wasted so much money bidding for mysterious stuff that were VEGETABLES. >.<

third day:
Our last night. haii. so sad la! but we were having canoeing!!! hurray! but our patrol - PIG PATROL 's shift was the second one. but it always rained in the afternoon. so we prayed that the rain would not come. and while the first group was doing the PATROL COOKING! it was fun!!! outdoor cooking rawks. we cooked curry and it was so nice. then i got a splinter in my thumb. freaking pain!!! Ms Chong operated on it which was EXTREMELY PAINNFUL... =( sobs. then Ms Chong suddenly said that we had to exchange. so we cooked fot the other group and they cooked for us. then we ate and it was our turn for canoeing!! the rain suddenly came. but nevertheless, our mood was not destroyed. the rain stopped after a while. and we carried the canoes to the starting point. they were damn heavy lor! anyway, cause due to lack of time, we had to take turns. on the shore, we were watching the others canoe. and it was fun!! =) then canoe canoe then soon campfire... our pig patrol's performance was so last minute. the campfire was quite short la. .. then the manito revealing thing came. Fathiyah didnt know it was me!!! =DD and i didnt know my angel was yuan ting. =) it was fun. then we exchanged presents, packed up, slept for the last night in the tent. Mdm Faridah asked for comments on wad we did. barely ppl said something. and i almost fell asleep while she was talking la! tsk tsk.

Last day:
nobody in our tent could wake up lor. i kept falling back to sleep. then we packed up and while taking down the tent, a GIGANTIC SPIDER crawled onto me. so scary lor. but i didnt scream. then we went to wait for the bus. then it started raining again. suddenly there was a VERY LOUD thunder. i saw the lightning blueish. so scary lo. it was the loudest thunder i've ever heard. then we went back home.

I MISS THE CAMP!!!! I MISS PIG PATROL!!! PIG PATROL RAWKS! ok i gtg. this is my longest post. BB
